Sidewalk Repair/Replacement

The HOA was notified by the Village of Canal Winchester of uneven sidewalks (a safety issue) at the Streams End Dr. culvert area and directed to have them repaired. Replacement of these sidewalks has now been completed and the costs paid by the HOA will be submitted to the Village, to which the Village will reimburse the HOA/property owner 50% (reasonable and customary costs) through its Sidewalk Grant Program.
